The easiest way to order is on our online service, however we also take orders over the phone or fax.

All online transaction information is encrypted with 128 bit ssl. Your personal information is safe and secure.

Any information we collect about you is never given out and credit card information is never retained. We will not place a charge on your account

until the order is shipped. Our online order form only takes the information and it is held until the order is processed. If we are unable to process or fill the order we will notify you by phone or email and your account will not be charged.

Placing Orders:

Placing orders online is simple and easy. Just search our product database and select the item. Once you have made your selection,

enter the quantity and click (add to cart). When you finish shopping , click on (checkout) and follow the instructions. Please enter

all the necessary information, so we will be able to fill your order correctly.

When your order is complete, a confirmation email will be sent to you.

Shipping Orders:

Orders place by 2 pm pst., will be shipped the same day. After 2 pm pst , will ship the next business day.

All items we have are always in stock and ready to ship . We never have backorders or delays. If we ever have a

delay , we will notify you immediately by email.

Due to weather variations during the warm months , we may not ship any coated product on a friday.

We ship to all 50 states and Canada.

Overseas sales are possible , however they must be evaluated on a per order basis. Please contact us by email to order.

Returns:

We believe in your complete 100% satisfaction.

We will accept returns on unopened packages only. Please notify us immediately if you have any problems with the order. However we cannot accept returns on orders over 30 days. Simply ship the items back with a copy of your invoice and we will issue a full refund.
